2.Block the data like picture below.
3.Click insert tab then pivot table afterwards one window namely create pivot Table is coming. Finally click OK.
4.Now, the pivot Table is done.
5.This is the final pivot table after little modification.
You can see the data easily with pivot table through drag and drop. If you want to find out the trend you can use one facility namely pivot chart.
Steps to create pivot chart in Microsoft excel
1.Select pivot table, see the picture below.
2.Click insert, select the chart type, because you want see the trend, choose line.
3.Chart is done, but in order to see comfortably you have to move chart to other sheet.
4.The final chart is coming.
After you finish the chart creation, you should see the report. If you want to see per month, you have to add one field namely month. I will show you how to add this.
First, you should insert one column. Name it month. And with text function namely left you can automatically fill the content. See the picture below.
Afterward, you copy the cell to all below that cell.
Subsequently, you just recreate new pivot and new chart with the same way.
